Our Return Policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.

Eligible Returns:

• ✅ Unused items in original packaging
• ✅ Items with tags still attached (for apparel)
• ✅ Items that arrive damaged or defective
• ✅ Wrong item sent

How to Return:

1. Email us at returns@catfurever.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack it up and drop it off
4. Get your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving it

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

Email us at returns@catfurever.com and we'll send the replacement item right away - you don't have to wait for the original to arrive back.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? We're so sorry!

Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll send a replacement immediately - no need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened food or treats
• Grooming items that have been used
• Personalized/custom products
